Frank Manley's Positive Four I's Theory 

Frank Manley is credited with being the Father of the Modern Community Schools Movement. He believed,

If he could get people IN,

they probably would get INVOLVED,

couldn't help but become INFORMED,

and that would lead toward community INVOLVEMENT.

These would combat the four negative I's:

ignorance,

indifference,

inertia,

intolerance.
